Saturday – Children – 11am – 12 noon in Studio Omagh Leisure Centre – £5 Automatic grading for white, yellow and orange belts (if you are skilled enough at karate)
Saturday – Adults – 12noon – 3pm – £15 in Studio Omagh Leisure Centre
Ask at reception if you are unsure of the location of the studio

Sunday – Adults Grading only for Dan Grades and above in Dungannon Leisure Centre 11am – 1pm
Karate not on next Saturday or Sunday in Omagh due to the whole place being booked up for dance classes. Any other plans to appear here soon. 29th & 30th October 2011.
SQUAD training will be on every Sunday in October 1pm – 2pm Omagh Leisure Centre at the squash court. There is also a run after for any members who want to improve fitness further.
